Adrotate and flash ads in page builder

I have an issue, I run adrotate and flash adverts work in sidebars but in home page row all flash ads show really small instead of 250 x 250px.

Animated Gif files are ok but flash does not work, any clues as to what I can do?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
