Adding Sow social media buttons to my footer

Hi!
I’ve had a look through some of the existing threads but don’t seem to be able to find exactly what I’m looking for.
In short, I have a space in my footer (I’ve removed what I don’t need) and would like to include the social media buttons . Can you please advise me of what code I should enter in the space below? short code?
