Hi, I have uploaded a logo to the library and set it in theme settings but it doesnt seem to show up anywhere. can you help me? thanks.
Hi Lou. Is the logo you’ve uploaded showing up Appearance > Theme Settings > General: Logo? If so please check to see if you’re running a caching/performance plugin, if you are, clear your cache. You can also try clearing your browser’s cache.
I can see the logo in the theme settings> general: logo… where should it be showing on the page? Cleared cache and nothing. Also cant see it on other computers/mobile/PDA
I assume this function lets me put the logo somewhere on the header of the website? Thanks

Is your logo set under Appearance > Theme Settings > General: Logo?

For some reason the logo width is being outputted at 0, 0. Please try the following:
Dashboard > Updates, install all pending updates.
Plugins, disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
Has anything changed?
its showing now ive deactivated the other plugins but i need to use the plugins ive installed. Also, is there any way to increase the header size? Im not too familiar with css, thanks
Now you need to re-activate your plugins one at a time to find the conflicting plugin. Once you’ve done that you’ll need to see if there is something specific in the plugin causing this, like one particular feature or if just activating the plugin causes this issue.
You can adjust the header padding by inserting the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:
/* Focus Logo */ #masthead .site-title { margin: 11px 0 11px !important; }Adjust 11px for top and 11px for bottom as you prefer.

it’s jetpack which is interfering with the logo. No idea how to fix this! By increasing the size of the header its cutting off the size of the images underneath. Is there also something to fix this? Sorry for the questions. I bought the pro version :)
You can de-activate only the module in Jetpack that is causing the issue so you still have access to the rest of Jetpack.
Sorry, rather use this to change your header size:

its still chopping off the top video images :(
It’s correct now, the slider is 420 high and you have 420px visible. If you re-size your browser window to be smaller you’ll see what’s happening. The slider is 100% width. It can’t just stretch your images on the horizontal plane as that would look funny so it attempts to maintain aspect ratio as it stretches your images. Try uploading a larger or different featured image.

Certain images will work well like this. In the case of the 458, it’s in the middle so can afford to get zoomed.
