Add a Phone Number and Phone Icon to Main Menu Navigation

I am creating a site and am wanting to add a phone number and phone icon to the right side of my main navigation menu. I don’t want to create a new menu item because, well to be honest, it looks off to me, and I would really like the phone number to be on the right hand side. Any help would be great. Thank you!!
