Change ‘Read more’ button to ‘Out of Stock’

I understand that the default for WooCommerce when a product is out of stock is to add a sticker saying ‘Read more’. I would like this to read as ‘Out of stock’. I don’t want to remove the listing as I refill stock from time to time. I have researched many forums and I’m not…
