Toggle visibility on Sidebars/widgets?

Not sure if this is implemented or not, but I would really like the ability to add SO widgets to our widget areas/sidebars that can have their visibility toggled based on device. This is available for all SO widgets placed on pages and posts, so not sure why it wouldn’t be on sidebars? Additionally/alternatively, it…
