Mobile Homepage Displaying Old Theme

Hi! I’ve searched so many forums and cannot find a solution to this problem!! My website displays correctly on my desktop computer, but for some reason on a mobile device my previous theme shows up, and does not have any of my recent blog posts displayed either. Any other page on my site is fine…
