Images shown are not the same size

Hi. I use the plugin on my site and sometimes the slideshows appear in different sizes, sometimes are the same. Is this a default feature or can I make them be the same size? If so, how? Different size, sometimes: Oferta Formativa Portugal Same size, sometimes: Home I really appretiate your help, Regards!
