‘SiteOrigin CSS’ Not Working

Hi all. I’ve just installed plugin ‘SiteOrigin CSS’ to change a bit of website style. I found it’s not functional after the installation. When I click the eye button, there’s nothing coming out as supposed to be. The website URL is investup.com.tw. Any suggests will be appreciated in advance.
