Removing Grey Area Below Single-Page Header (Twenty Seventeen Theme)

Good day, I’m seeking assistance with removing a grey area below the header image on all pages that are not the home page. Screenshot 1 May someone please assist me with a solution; I’ve searched and can’t find code that removes the grey area. Thank you in advance.
