Custom CSS Code Inspector Disappears

Hello, When I start the Custom CSS plugin by activating the Visual Editing mode, it takes me to the site homepage. All is well: visual controls, preview, inspector are all there. Hovering over an element works. Once I leave the homepage and navigate to any other page, the visual controls and preview areas remain but…
