Purchased SiteOrigin Premium – Missing Cache.php files

I have installed all modules and themes and double checked their content 1:1 After installing SiteOrigin products, the site has a PHP error and returns blank. Looking into php-error.log it turns out it is a serie of missing Cache.php files.
