Gutenberg and WPBakery

Hello, After i read a recent post here where someone either couldn’t choose a font, choose the size of the font. And I’ve did exactly the same, my hosting provider says its a gutenberg problem. Are they right ? Im not found of WpBakery, but i would like to have some of their features https://wpbakery.com/features/content-elements/…
