Custom CSS not displaying

Huge problem!! I am running a local version of wordpress to mess around with my site to better acquaint myself with all things siteorigin and wordpress. Pagebuilder is working wonderfully but Custom CSS is not working whatsoever. When I go to the tab, click the eye, all the options show up on the left but…
