Theme only shows mobile version?

Hi, I just installed siteorigin layout Little Shop. Problem – the theme only shows the mobile view. I’m looking at it on a desktop in Chrome and Safari. Both browsers only show the mobile view. How do I turn on the desktop version? Thanks!
