Is SiteOrigin Premium for me?

Hi, I am using WordPress Misty Look theme. 1. Will SiteOrigin CSS work on this theme? I hope so because I don’t want to change it. I couldn’t get it to make changes on my webpage when I added the CSS plugin. 2. With Premium, can we talk on the phone if emails are hard…
