fixed size of an image from within a siteorigin slider

dear all, Since images are responsive and don’t have a fixed height (their height and width changes based on screen size), how can i have fixed sizes of images from this slider? please check this link http://carpetcleaning.firstcleaningsolutions.co.uk/services/ so one image (first image from this slider from left) is one size, the second image is bigger…i…
