Using Site Pack – lost my website!

Any issues with anyone using a site pack? I downloaded, installed correctly, built a new site, shared it with the client, they approved it. Went to upload to live and saw updates required to pluggins/widgets. Ran the updates successfully yet my fully completed site was erased. All the site pack pluggins & widgets, my content,…
