Using CSS Editor on my Theme

I am using the wpex-pytheas theme and have been using the jetpack custom CSS module for changes to that theme. When installed and activated the Site Orgin CSS editor does not work as shown in the video. I do not see a page for example to the right of the editor. How can I get…
