Need help In Adding Ads to my sites Homepage

I have a site running on focus theme in homepage i want to put Ads middle of post (468*something ) and into sidebar(160*60) vertical ads but i can’t so can someone tell me how to do that , and in footer i also put one leaderboard (720*90) but it doesn’t showing correctly Please help me…
