SiteOrigin Video Player external Url by Country

Hi, Is there anyway we can set up SiteOrigin Video Player’s external URL to use a specific hyperlink when the client browser is accessing from a specific country? I am using the Vantage Premium theme and Page Builder. Thanks. Pat
