Maybe this is a paid for option, but I don’t have an option for: “To adjust the menu colors, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Menu” … all I have is “Colors”, and “Navigation”… The only choice is changing the background color. What am I doing wrong?

I am attempting to change the color of the menu from the standard black. I have found the step by step instructions, but I do not have the menu option is not listed.
