How do i install a external menu into Vantage theme

I am trying to implement a external menu into your lovely Vantage theme, but i am having a hard time figuring out how to place the menu outside the page wrapper... i need the menu to be the full width of the screen/browser. I can't find the oder number for my premium version sorry All…
