What customizations do I need to backup before upgrading to Pitch Premium

The site I am working on (www.wellandfooddrive.com) is currently using Pitch. I purchased Pitch Premium, and when I go to do the upload it warns me that the current customizations will be lost. Exactly which customizations will be lost? Does that include the theme options in the admin panel? Will my pages, slides, clients, and…
