Row Layout not working

Row Layout stays in ‘Standard’, even when I change to ‘Full Width’ it shows as ‘Standard’. The problem seems to be in CSS, but I don’t know how to fix it Check the ‘Facts’ row in the website. URL: http://damianperera.com/codesprint
