images and video embeds not working!!

Hi SiteOrigin, I see there are a number of threads dealing with this but I do not see how to fix this. I am unable to either ADD an image or EMBED a video file onto a post… it seems like there some weird blockage happening. Unfortunately I do not have access to the wordpress…
