Navigation Menu Position

Hi! I would like to make the nav menu to appear at the lower part of the navigation bar, which currently seems to be at the top. i have tried to use margin-top but the menu turned out to be unhoverable. Is there any option for this kind of situation? My site is http://lepaktv.net URL:…
