Page Builder doesn’t work with my Theme

Dear Community, i started to develop a custom theme via Bootstrap and i integrated all important files… i tried with page builder to create three rows and put some text into it. My problem is that the rows doesn’t float they always on full width. What can i do? Sorry for my english and thank…
