Influence theme issue

Hello everyone, I was working with ‘Influence’ theme and few questions appeard in my mind. 1. Is it possible to fix menu bar on the top of the page? Now then you scroll it’s always goes down with you and covers slide images. 2. It’s strange but I can’t make paragraph in bold. In editor…
