Vantage Menu color change

I am attempting to change the color of the menu from the standard black. I have found the step by step instructions, but I do not have the menu option is not listed.

Beachspots.com The site is functioning on the chrome browser but on I.E and Firefox it's showing my old crashed site. I am new to wordpress and have no idea how to fix this issue so that my site loads on other browsers.
