Adding video backgrounds to Page Builder row parameters

I am trying to add the ability to implement a video background on Page Builder rows. Relevant documentation is here but it really on discusses added parameters to the row wrapper https://siteorigin.com/docs/page-builder/hooks/custom-row-settings/ What is the correct way to extend the row element with actual new HTML to handle the video element?
