Odd problem

I had Page Builder installed and working fine. Then One day it just stopped and nother I can do will getting the tab back or Page builder working. I uninstaller all the plugins one by one and nothing. I then unisntalled Page Builder and the tab returned. I clicked it an rightly it says install…
