Losing blocks from pages

Hello, We have a few pages on our site constructed using SiteOrigin. But every once in a while we seem to be losing the blocks and the page ends up spewing out etc. instead. In admin, the posts switch to classic editor instead of going into the block editor. WordPress prompts to copy the text…
