Problem with Homepage after clear cache

http://handyman-sunderland.co.uk/ All the fonts are small and the pictures from the circle icon cannot be seen, but upon checking the image link are still in there but cannot be seen. Can you please help me? I already deleted the cache plugin that I used but the home page is still the same. Thank you so…
