Links in site builder Gallery not working

Hi I have created two galleries on a single page and have tried to make the titles link to other pages, when I switch to visual editor the links seem to be there but never actually show up on the page. I have tried deactivating all plugins and just starting with pagebuilder and Tiny MCE…
