Page Builder will not update

I have Page Builder on Vantage theme. Changes will not update on home page and the homebuilder tab does not show up on pages. I have tried to deactivate all of the plugins, but still will not work. I deleted Page Builder and then reloaded, but still won’t update. I am very much a green…
