Comments aren’t appearing on my Blog page, why not?

Blog comment forms appear on single post pages. Let’s take a look at the Vantage theme demo as an example. http://demo.siteorigin.com/vantage/blog/ On the Blog page listed above there are no comment forms, this is standard WordPress behaviour.
