Meta Slider Graphics Stretch and Cut Off

I installed a Meta Slider and it looked great when building it on my 15″ Macbook. On a large screen though it stretches the photo and cuts of the edges. My settings: Flex Slider 1080×400 Vantage (Flex) Image Crop: Smart What am I missing? Thanks for your help! URL: http://www.occupancyedge.com
