Using page builder in premium theme [ Licensing details ]

I just found about this amazing plugin. Great work ! I am working on my wordpress theme, which I want to sell after completion. I see that this plugin is free, but can I use ( or edit ) it and charge users for a product, where I am using the plugin ?
