Vantage Premium Not Publishing update?

When I go to Theme Customize and choose any item on the left hand side to edit and then press the Blue Save&Publish Button It say’s it is saved but upon refresh on browser or opening of new tab the changes do not take place? It’s not my cache or browser it’s something else… Any…
