Slider and gallery problem

Hello. I have two problems: 1. Slider on the home page – photo of “jump” in the process of changing to the next: 2. Gallery module inserted into the blog – pictures have different proportions than the originals – are narrower How can I fix this? URL: http://www.profotografia.pl/portal/
