I need to add a button on my meta slider – similar to www.upcounsel.com home page how can i add this?

I am having trouble getting my logo to show clearly. also can i resize the logo so it appears larger? website is www.britely.ca and also doing www.lexedge.ca currently both have small logos – what size does the logo need to be in order for it to fit perfectly and also overlap against the background color…
