Horizontal menu bar in stead of the menu in the sidebar

Hi, I am using the theme Influence (great by the way), but I would like to customize it a little bit. Is there some way to customize the menu to horizontal in stead of the menu in the sidebar? Could you give me some tips? I would like to have a menu like this: http://neginmirsalehi.com…
