Slider Only in the Menu Bar

Greetings helper guys. I have an issue that I have not seen addressed in the forum. I have set up the slider widget for the home page as prescribed. However, the slider frames appear only in the Menu Bar. I see the bottom of whichever image is currently displayed — in the Menu bar. If…
