Transferring Premium theme

Hello, I recently purchased the upgrade to Vantage Premium on my development site (jvdev.onescs.net) and am now ready to transfer it to my live site (joyfulvida.com). I am having trouble doing this and can’t seem to find any receipt or order number in my email. How do I make this transfer? URL: http://joyfulvida.com
