Adding a top menu in the vantage theme

I’m wondering if it were possible to add a top menu item to you vantage theme, similar to the mystic woothemes. where there is the menu item (My Account> Track Your Order> $$$$ > Checkout> ect.) above the site navigation menu. please advise. thank you. URL: http://life-foundation.ca
