Only 4 Customizing options?

Hi I have been using the Vantage theme and after looking around your documentation I notice I seem to be missing half of the customization options! So after Appearance > Customize > I have only got options for >Site Title and Tagline >Navigation >Widgets >Static Front Page. I seem to be missing all the options…
