Vantage Premium full width solution for various elements

Hi, here the site I´m on currently: http://web32346.server109.greatnet.de/ I´m using the “Full width, no title” theme. Because of that not being real full width, I added to my custom css. Problem now is the header. That shouldn´t be full width and I don´t know how to adress just the header with the snippet above in…
