Pre-built page layout

Using Page Builder – I am trying to clone the Minamaze theme home page. As per a video with instructions how to do this (http://www.thinkupthemes.com/docs/copying-demo-pages-1-click/). Now this would probably work as described – if only I could actually “view” or “see” that page I want to clone! When I click on the select from pre-built…
