Origami & Yoast Seo not working

Hi, I’m using Origami and Yoast SEO. But somehow the Seo Title and Meta Description are not being added to the header. WordPress 4.0 Yoast 1.6.1 Any ideas on what could be wrong? All help is very much appreciated! Thanks…
